I realize I have already posted this picture but, I wanted to share my first thoughts of seeing this one. I immediately thought of a dear friend who spoke to me of the feelings she had upon going to China to pick up her daughter. She said China had a feeling of darkness because they don't have the fullness of the gospel there. Not to say China is evil, she was quick to point out there are and were for her angels in China. Just simply the Light of the gospel was something that she could feel was missing. When I saw this picture of EmmaLi basking in the sunshine I thought she is coming to a country where she can bask in the light of Christ. I am not a perfect woman and know I have many short comings especially as a Mother but, I am so excited to share the gospel light with EmmaLi. I know it brings comfort, peace and happiness for all who bask in the "son's light". This Christmas season my thoughts are turned to the Ultimate healer, the one who made it possible for us to see loved ones we have lost again, the one who made eternal life possible. The one who loved us enough to lay down His life for us. Merry Christmas to all!!!

Kim, I'm not sure how to do this blogsite comment so hope you get this. We think you are doing a remarkable job as a Mother. We are very proud of you and Jon and are praying hard for the acceptance notice and hope it will be just a few short months till we can hold this new little granddaughter. Our prayers are with you and with her.
